We started by looking at the presuppositions that form a part of our lives and our clients lives.

MODELLING

Then we went on to look at how by modelling successful people we could find a way to make our ways more successful. In order to do this successfully we need to understand that clients learn best in different ways and how we can communicate in the best way by knowing more about that.

LOGICAL LEVELS

Following that we talked about the logical levels to help understand how change happens from the point of view of our company, society and individual point of view.

RAPPORT BUILDING

Rapport building is perhaps one of the most important areas we need to make sure we understand in order to influence our clients and how communication is a foundation of any system of rapport.

INFLUENCE

The work of Robert Cialdini gives us 6 principles for increasing influence and when we understand the processes we can make a better outcome.

HYPNOTIC LANGUAGE

Hypnotic language is a way for us to learn to more effective in public speaking and the use of stories and metaphors help us put information into an unforgettable way of presentation to our clients.

COPYWRITING

Copywriting is at the heart of any marketing campaign and we learned the processes and ways of making our copy effective.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Emotional Intelligence can be shown to be important for successful marketers and ways to express and include EQ in what we do produces huge gains.

TESTING

Testing is an essential pat of marketing that is often misunderstood or ignored and we looked at ways of making sure we know how and what to test.

CHANGING THE MEANING

Changing the meaning of the way clients think about our product can be a good way to overcome objections so that can help us be more successful in selling.
