By working with others at times of high impact change - critical stages of evolution, points of crisis and opportunity, struggling with resistance or execution, needing to achieve growth or transformation – I enable organizations and teams to achieve the success they desire. Individuals and groups are encouraged to realise and surmount self imposed boundaries, learning ways of being stronger, more effective, and measurably more successful. Some people describe me as business coach, mentor, consultant, change agent, trouble-shooter, interim manager – even inspiration or catalyst. All perhaps true in part; my focus is on business objectives and defined outcomes, working with individuals and organisations to enable them to achieve and sustain the clarity and results they seek, but don’t quite understand how to achieve My approach is down to earth and straight forward, addressing the behavioural and experiential aspects of assignments. Challenging the status quo and stimulating behavioural growth is often critical to achieving sustainable results. With 20 years of achievement in the private sector, I am experienced in the finance, telecommunications, and consumer electronics industries, working in UK, European and global roles. I have personally led teams of widely varying sizes and shapes, managed multi-million pound budgets, taken full P&L responsibility, salvaged critical projects and business opportunities, developed new markets and industry sectors, and built sustainable client relationships. I have taken a number of leading sales, leadership, and quality development programmes, and am an NLP Master Practitioner.
